1. Our Promise
At Berckhoff Reenactment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive your order.

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your return.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number with your return.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Used or worn items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Perishable or hygienic goods once unsealed
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product.
- Always use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage.
- If you are outside the EU, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that:
- We refund the product price and standard shipping costs (if applicable).
- We do not refund additional shipping upgrades or return postage costs.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first at info@berckhoffwholesale.nl.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
We will replace the item, repair it, or issue a refund — at no extra cost to you.
