All orders are processed and shipped by Berckhoff Reenactment, a trade name of Berckhoff Wholesale V.O.F., located in Almelo, The Netherlands.
We offer worldwide shipping and take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time — this will be noted in the product description.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to deliver worldwide, including:
PostNL, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other regional partners.

During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option (where available).
The carrier and delivery time will depend on your location and the size or weight of your order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and carrier selection.
  • For large or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply — we will contact you before dispatch if this occurs.
  • Some promotions may include free shipping for certain order amounts or destinations, as indicated on the Website.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s tracking page

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@berckhoffwholesale.nl.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • They are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once we receive it back — shipping costs will be charged again.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@berckhoffwholesale.nl.
  2. Provide your order number and tracking details.

We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Claims for missing or damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels (for example, if an item is backordered or sent from a different warehouse).
You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel.
