US Army M37 Shirt Brown

The US Army’s M37 Brown Wool Shirt was adopted in 1934 as part of a new uniform standard and was worn by all branches throughout World War II. It was a versatile garment used for both garrison dress and combat, often worn with an M41 jacket or M43 uniform in the field. Its features included a button-up front, two chest pockets with buttoned flaps, adjustable cuffs, and a “gas flap” for protection.
